Founded by a team with more than 60 years of combined multi-family real estate construction experience, Arcos was established with the purpose of providing a client focus approach for new construction, renovation, and reconstruction projects. We specialize in providing drywall, finishes, metal framing, and paint services.
LEADERSHIP
Juan Pablo leads the company operations, strategic planning, and growth. He partners with investors, owners and general contractors to deliver high quality new construction projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
With proven experience in end-to-end global supply chain management, manufacturing operations, inventory strategy, and project delivery, Juan Pablo has held leadership positions with fortune 500 companies, including Schlumberger, General Electric, and Procter & Gamble.
Juan Pablo received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

OPERATIONS LEADER
Alejandro supports the field operations. He works closely with general contractors and field supervisors to deliver projects in a timely manner.
Alejandro has project management, inventory management, and warehousing experience. And has worked in the real estate industry for 10+ years.
Alejandro holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance.
Erica leads the accounting team and works closely with the company principals on budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
Erica has 15+ years of accounting, audit, and tax experience with a high degree of focus in real estate. She has held leadership positions and has worked in public accounting for Ernst & Young, LLP, and SPW & Associates, LLC.
Erica received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting from Kent State University. She is credentialed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia. She is also a Certified Valuation Analyst.
